Registration and Ordering Terms and Conditions:
Participants are allowed one (1) complementary option to reschedule to another session per registration. Participants must request to reschedule prior to the start of their scheduled class. Reschedule requests submitted after class has started are subject to a $25 reschedule fee. The cost of the second authorized program must be of equal or less cost of the initially scheduled program or the cost difference must be paid by the participant.

Refund of Course Fees
Any participant requesting a refund of course fees must submit their request to Customer Support via email: [email protected]
Refund requests received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled course start will be honored less a 10% processing fee and the cost of materials that were already delivered. The cost of materials will be refunded if they are returned unopened within 30 days of the refund request. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
No refunds are issued for cancellation requests received within 24 hours prior to the scheduled course or after the scheduled start of the course. Online course access codes and eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable. Deposits for EMS courses are non-refundable.
Online course access codes not activated in 30 days may need to be re-issued. Send a re-issue request to the Director at [email protected].
Refund of NREMT Practical Testing Fees
Practical examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Enrollment in a Wrong Course
Participants who have enrolled in the wrong course will be offered one (1) opportunity to enroll in the correct course that is scheduled. Selection of the second scheduled program must occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled course. The cost of the second scheduled program must be of equal or less cost of the initially scheduled program or the cost difference must be paid by the participant. Course materials shipped to the participant from the original class will be billed to the participant. Upon return of course materials within 30 days of the originally scheduled course in a resalable condition, the cost of these materials will be completely refunded to the participant. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the participant.
Cancellation of a Course
Code One Training Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter any scheduled program. Cancellation of a course is the sole responsibility of the Director. Courses may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including low enrollment, inclement weather, disaster, and acts of God, instructor unavailability, and site availability. If a course is canceled, the Director will notify enrolled participants of the class within 24 hours of the scheduled class by email or phone. If due to inclement weather, Code One will post the course cancellation to local media and on www.code1web.com. All participants registered for a course that is canceled will be entitled to a complete refund of all paid course fees less any materials that have been shipped to the participant. Upon receipt of course materials within 30 days of the originally scheduled course in a resalable condition, these materials will be completely refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the participant. Enrolled participants may also elect a transfer into another scheduled program. Selection of the second scheduled program must occur within 30 days of the first program. The cost of the second authorized program must be of equal or less cost of the initially scheduled program or the cost difference must be paid by the participant.
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association, and any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the Association.
