Allison has worked side by side with her husband and partner, Rich, since Code One’s inception in 2007. Over the years, she has operated in many roles, including CPR Instructor, Practical Exam Victim, Intern Supervisor, and Assistant Director, all while also working as a hospital-based Registered Nurse. Today, she serves as Code One’s Chief Strategy Officer.

In her current role, Allison is responsible for strategic planning and execution, including scouting and securing new office locations, overseeing marketing and logistics operations, and driving the company’s growth initiatives. She finds joy in finding the perfect spot to open new offices and is always pursuing new ways to improve the learner experience.

Outside of her professional life, Allison is devoted to her family and enjoys spending quality time with her children, friends, and extended relatives. At the end of a productive day, she loves unwinding with a good book and a giant bowl of pasta.
