Help me choose: Skill sessions are one-hour, in-person appointments at a Code One CPR Training Center where learners practice CPR skills using manikins that provide real-time feedback.
Skill sessions can be completed either with:
- live instructor coaching via video conferencing (Instructor-Guided Skills Appointment)
- independently with on-screen guidance and an instructor available to provide guidance as needed (Self-Guided Skills Appointment).
Choose an Instructor-Guided Skills Appointment if this is your first time learning CPR, you want live coaching, or you prefer help with technology.
Choose a Self-Guided Skills Appointment if you’ve completed CPR training previously, are comfortable using computers, and prefer to work independently at your own pace with instructor support available if needed.
