WHAT IS BEACON ACLS?

BEACON Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an innovative new program for American Heart Association ACLS Provider certification. Participants complete the Online Heartcode ACLS course at home and then come to a Code One Training Center for an independent skills verification on the innovative RQI 1Stop® platform. The updated 2020 Heartcode ACLS online course is adaptive to the learner's current level of knowledge. As such, the length of the online course is variable and can take 4 hours or longer for a beginner while an expert can complete in two hours or less. A virtual ACLS preparatory course is included, free of charge, and is offered every other Tuesday evening.

Intended Audience

The American Heart Association ACLS Provider course trains healthcare professionals and students in critical care settings to provide lifesaving interventions to victims of acute coronary syndromes, stroke, and respiratory emergencies.

BLS Review for Adults, Acute Coronary Syndromes, Review of ECG and Pharmacology, ACLS Systematic Approach, and Cardiac Arrest Management

Certification

Successful completion of course requirements results in a two year American Heart Association ACLS Provider eCard
