Reduce Disruption & Save Money

No need to shut down operations to host
in-person courses. Learners complete each step of their training at a convenient time for both them and their team.

Make Certification Admin Easy

We coordinate directly with your learners through every step, then send you all the certification documentation in one place — no more chasing paperwork.

Bring Your Team the Best

Learners receive the same American Heart Association certification but with more hands-on practice time and higher quality coaching than standard group classes.

Who says group CPR training has to be a hassle?

For many organizations, training a team in CPR is often frustrating, time consuming, and costly. Closing down for several hours to pack everyone into a room with a single instructor isn’t always an effective solution.

With Code One’s hybrid training model, learners get trained at their own convenience, in just three simple steps:

First, each learner completes an online American Heart Association learning module at their own pace, at any time – on or off the clock.

Next, learners individually schedule 30-60 minute skills verification appointments. Training can be completed off-site at any Code One location or at your facility using one of our on-site training solutions.

Upon successful completion of the online course and skills session, learners are immediately emailed their American Heart Association course completion eCard.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How does the training work?

Each teammate completes a self-paced online course on their own time, before attending an, individual hands-on skills appointment at a Code One location (or on-site with our RQI Go Kit for larger groups). No need to pull your whole team out for a full in-person class.

How long does the hands-on portion take?

Most in-person skills appointments run 30 minutes to an hour per person — appointments are available daily from 8am–8pm, so scheduling around shifts is easy.

Is this real AHA certification?

Yes. Code One is an American Heart Association Authorized Training Center, and participants earn the same nationally recognized 2-year AHA eCard you’d get from a standard in-person group class.

Can we train employees at our own location?

Yes — groups of 6+ can use our RQI Go Kit, which we ship directly to your workplace along with setup support, so skills appointments can happen on-site.

What if learners need to reschedule skills sessions?

We understand that life happens! Code One is built to be flexible and we are happy to offer all learners the opportunity to reschedule once with no fees.

Can we add people after we sign up?

Yes, you can add learners at any time — just send their names and emails and we’ll get them enrolled.
